About CEYAS
CEYAS develops autonomous yard automation technology that moves standard trailers safely and efficiently between parking zones and loading docks. Our team brings robotics, Physical AI and logistics together to solve a focused, high-impact operational challenge.
About the role
As UK Country Director, you will build CEYAS' presence in one of Europe's most important logistics markets. You will develop customer relationships, identify deployment opportunities and coordinate local growth with our commercial and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute the CEYAS market-entry plan for the United Kingdom.
- Build a strong pipeline with ports, distribution centres and logistics operators.
- Lead local customer relationships from discovery through deployment.
- Develop partnerships that accelerate market access and operational delivery.
- Represent UK market needs within the wider CEYAS organization.
What we’re looking for
- Commercial leadership experience in UK logistics, transport or industrial technology.
- A relevant network across logistics operators and strategic partners.
- Experience opening markets or building a business unit from an early stage.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- A practical, entrepreneurial approach with the flexibility to travel.
