About CEYAS

About the role
As Innovation Director, you will guide the evolution of the CEYAS technology platform. You will connect customer needs, engineering choices and field learning into a focused roadmap for safe, reliable and scalable yard automation.
Responsibilities
- Own and communicate the long-term technology and innovation roadmap.
- Guide development across robotics, perception, controls and fleet orchestration.
- Turn operational insight from customer yards into clear engineering priorities.
- Build partnerships with research, technology and industrial organizations.
- Help establish rigorous validation and safety practices for real-world deployment.
What we’re looking for
- Senior leadership experience in robotics, autonomous systems or industrial technology.
- A strong systems perspective across hardware, software and operations.
- Experience bringing complex technology from prototype to field deployment.
- The ability to make clear decisions in a fast-moving technical environment.
- A collaborative leadership style that helps multidisciplinary teams excel.
