About CEYAS
CEYAS develops autonomous yard automation technology that moves standard trailers safely and efficiently between parking zones and loading docks. Our team brings robotics, Physical AI and logistics together to solve a focused, high-impact operational challenge.
About the role
As Business Director, you will shape and execute our commercial strategy. You will work directly with logistics operators, technology partners and the CEYAS leadership team to move opportunities from first conversation to successful deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CEYAS' commercial growth strategy in Europe.
- Build trusted relationships with logistics operators, fleet owners and strategic partners.
- Lead customer discovery, proposals, negotiations and long-term partnerships.
- Translate operational challenges into scalable commercial propositions.
- Represent CEYAS at industry events and in key market conversations.
What we’re looking for
- A strong track record in business development, sales or commercial leadership.
- Experience in logistics, industrial technology, mobility or automation.
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Clear communication and confidence working with senior decision-makers.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build a category-defining company.
